My daughter usually brings my car in, and has nothing but praise for Phil Fox. Some of Phil's attributes include his attentiveness, him being informative, professional, personable and accommodating upon every visit to the dealership. 

I have purchased many new vehicles from dealerships before in the passed 30 years, this one was our first certified pre owned. I must say that, Andy Sheers was out standing in every way. He made our purchase trouble free and was very helpful. He followed up with me with information before the sale and after the sale,Great costumer service! Andy was also available via phone at all times that made it very convenient. Mercedes-Benz of Encino has a GREAT sales rep. I thank you and so does my family. Brett karlovich. 

Phil did a great job in listening to my own diagnosis and used it in evaluating the car. He was honest and open about the repairs and costs and went out of his way to get the car repaired and returned per my schedule.
 

Very Satisfied with Mr. Chong, he is one of the best sales person i have met after Steve Matlow's personalized service. His service was personal and friendly!!
The Finance guy was also very helpful and explained each paper I was signing very well and offered the additional options to make the transition smooth.
The service I received was inline when i was leasing with Auto Steigler.
